Jo Burt Art is an independent art business offering original artworks, fine art prints and selected art products through this website.
Some products are produced to order through third-party professional print and fulfilment partners.

Artwork is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork, print or other product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.
You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial reproduction, digitally copy, modify, sell or otherwise distribute artwork purchased from Jo Burt Art without prior written permission.
This includes reproducing artwork on clothing, merchandise, websites, publications, promotional materials or other products.
4. Product information and images
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, images and other information on the website are accurate.
However, colours may appear differently depending on your monitor, screen or device. Printed artwork may also vary slightly from what is displayed digitally.
Natural variations may occur in paper, printing, framing and other materials.
Where an artwork is handmade or an original, minor variations may form part of its character and should not necessarily be considered defects.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in the currency shown at checkout.
Prices may change from time to time without notice. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where required by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
We take reasonable care to ensure that pricing information is accurate. If an obvious error occurs, we reserve the right to contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
6. Orders
When you place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where:
- a product is unavailable
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.
7. Made-to-order products
Many of our prints are produced specifically in response to an order.
Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. For this reason, cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production or fulfilment.

8. Shipping and delivery
We use professional production, fulfilment and shipping partners to manufacture and deliver products.
Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided as a guide and may vary due to circumstances including production delays, carrier delays, peak periods, weather, customs processing or other events outside our reasonable control.

9. International orders
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Jo Burt Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
10. Refunds and consumer guarantees
